Vibration Analysis can be carried out using various functions such as FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), Time Waveform, 3D ODS (Object Deflection Shapes), FRF (Frequency Response Function), Bode Plot, Bump Test, Run Up Coast Down, Coherence, Orbits etc.

ODS 3D simulations of machinery vibration are very easy to create. In fact, you can include them in any route and execute them within a click. Moreover, their interpretation is very easy, even for users with little experience.

ODS (Operating Deflection Shapes) is a technique used to visually understand vibration patterns. It exagerates movements in a 3D model to visualize the forces involved during the operation.

We don’t need to say that the brain identifies images 10 times better than texts. Therefore, ODS is a very useful function since it can be understood by any person even with little knowledge in vibration analysis.

Add Machines Easily

Registering a machine has never been so easy. Just select the machine from the library and go. In exchange, the system will use your 3D model for ODS (3D movement simulations). Live the 3D experience, this was never so easy.

Our Vibration analyzer contains an increasing amount of predesigned and pre-configured 3D models so that adding a machine becomes a very easy task. Additionally, Digivibe has an easy and intuitive interface to add bearings and save gears boxes for automated review.

You can use the built in 3D models to visually simulate movement (ODS). It is as simple as using a reference accelerometer in each route.

Analyze your Bearings with Digivibe

Our Vibration Analyzers include a database of more than 25,000 bearings. In other words, you are able to identify the particular fault frequencies for each one of them.

Digivibe has a large database of bearings, as well as an automatic tool for the detection of early bearing failures.

Some specific frequencies are directly related to the geometry of the rolling elements. These frequencies are continuously monitored by our software to warn you about possible premature failures in order to avoid unscheduled stoppages.

At Erbessd Instruments we have taken vibration analyzers to the next step. Collecting data with a smartphone is now a possibility with enormous advantages. Our ideology is based on the following facts:

1. Current mobiles have equal or even more power than a conventional analyzer.

2. Mobile phones are designed especially to be ultraportable.

3. Mobile phones have connectivity that analyzers will never have.

4. 99% of the population now have a smartphone in their pockets.

Having vibration analysis applications in our smartphone have the following advantages:

1. Now you can carry your vibration analyzer in one pocket, and the accelerometer in the other pocket.

2. The connectivity of your smartphone will allow you to send the data to the cloud immediately without even having to connect a cable to your computer.

Scan the code of your machinery

Scan the code of your machine with your tablet or smartphone to download its current vibration, to analyze a point, or simply to generate a new route.

Digivibe assigns a unique number to each machine in the form of a QR code. This number can be printed and pasted on the machine in order to facilitate identification and data collection. Finally, the QR code can also be read by any device with access to the cloud to immediately obtain the condition of the machinery.

Smart alarms

You don’t know the correct values ​​for your machinery? Let our vibration analyzer learn from it. Our alarms will be set automatically after a learning period. After this, RMS values ​​and FFT will be automatically processed to detect if any frequency band has suddenly increased.

Our vibration analyzer is able to learn from the vibration values, as well as from the spectra of the machines to evaluate a “normal” behavior. The learning process is based on the following parameters:

RMS Values: The RMS values are evaluated during the learning period to identify patterns. From there, the system will identify higher values as alarms. These values apply for Velocity and Acceleration Envelope.

Alarm envelopes: Spectra recorded during the learning period will be automatically treated to identify the normal frequency pattern. Next, any frequency that exceeds this pattern will be reported as an alarm. This applies for Acceleration, Speed, Displacement and Acceleration Envelope.

Use your smartphone for balancing

It is your choice, whether you balance with your computer or with your smartphone, our free applications for balancing have the same quality. Therefore giving you the ability to see spectra in and share the recorded data with your other devices to analyze and generate reports.

Balance in the field or in a balancing machine

Use your computer or your mobile phone. Our applications have all the tools for diagnosis and balancing, share the information between them by email or through the cloud so that generate your reports. Additionally, we created the Balancing Wizard method for balancing machines which does not require trial masses.

Balance Wirelessly

Just attach a laser sensor to our Wireless Accelerometer and use it on your computer or mobile phone for balancing. Thus, you will find that it is safer, more comfortable and much faster. When you are done, share the files with your computer for reporting.

Balancing with the smartphone is as easy as balancing with a complete analyzer, and it has the same quality. The recorded data can be sent by email for later analysis and reporting. Same as for the vibration analyzer, you can see spectra and signals over time in the mobile phone. This way we do not leave aside our responsibility as vibration analysts while we balance. Furthermore, our wireless accelerometers are prepared to receive an additional sensor for RPM. This feature allows you to balance, analyze phase and collect routes for ODS. Therefore, balancing with a mobile device is truly easy and convenient. And equally important, you will not have to travel with heavy and expensive equipment anymore.
