The Laser Ablation Automatic Balancing Machine for High-Speed Ventilator Motor Rotors is engineered for precision dynamic balancing of high-speed rotating components used in demanding applications. It is suitable for products such as dental drill rotors, medical equipment rotors, gyroscope rotors, ventilator motor rotors, and other precision-engineered rotors that require exceptional balancing accuracy. The machine performs balance correction through radial laser material removal at the balancing rings located on both ends of the workpiece, delivering a fast, contact-free, and highly precise balancing process. A fully enclosed dust extraction system minimizes airborne particles and helps maintain a clean production environment.

Designed for high-accuracy rotor balancing, the machine incorporates a soft-bearing dynamic balancing measurement system along with high-precision vibration sensors to ensure reliable performance across a wide range of rotor speeds. The soft-bearing structure offers excellent vibration isolation and outstanding repeatability, allowing accurate imbalance detection and consistent balancing results for different rotor configurations.

Rotor rotation is driven by a servo motor and O-ring transmission system, providing stable operation, quick response, simplified maintenance, and improved production efficiency. The integrated laser balancing software works in coordination with the laser control system and computer-based control modules to automate the material removal process with exceptional precision. This advanced system is capable of achieving residual imbalance values as low as 0.3 mg, making it ideal for applications requiring ultra-high balancing accuracy.

To further enhance workplace safety and equipment cleanliness, the machine is equipped with a high-performance pulse vacuum collection system that efficiently captures dust generated during laser ablation. 4. The equipment uses upper computer test software, WIN7/WIN10 operating system optional.

5. Automatic laser albation corrects unbalance and can realize precision dynamic balance.

6. Balance test software has rich expansion functions, such as spectrum analysis, vibration measurement, automatic zero point identification function.
