This horizontal-type automatic balancing machine is compatible with a wide range of external rotors fitted with shafts, supporting rotor diameters from φ25 mm to φ50 mm and rotor lengths ranging between 30 mm and 200 mm. The machine performs imbalance correction through a precision drilling process for accurate material removal. To maintain a clean working environment, the system is equipped with a high-power industrial vacuum unit that efficiently collects and removes metal chips generated during the cutting process.
The balance measuring station utilizes a soft-bearing high-precision measurement system, ensuring highly accurate balancing results along with excellent repeatability and stable measurement performance.
