Rotor Components, Rotor Assembly Rough Trimming Automatic Balancer

The Rotor Component and Rotor Assembly Rough Trimming Automatic Balancing Machine is specifically designed for preliminary balancing of rotor components used in high-speed motor applications, including blower motors, vacuum cleaner motors, and similar products. The machine performs rough balance correction before the final balancing stage, reducing residual imbalance to as low as ≤5 mg. This initial balancing process prepares the rotor for subsequent precision correction, such as laser balancing, enabling the final product to achieve stringent balance quality requirements. It is commonly integrated with rotor assembly laser balancing systems to improve overall production efficiency and throughput.

The machine utilizes a soft-bearing balancing measurement system combined with highly sensitive vibration sensors to deliver accurate and reliable imbalance detection. Balance correction is carried out through axial drilling on the rotor balancing ring, ensuring effective material removal for precise adjustment. Since the workpiece remains securely clamped throughout both measurement and correction processes, errors associated with repeated repositioning are minimized, resulting in improved consistency and accuracy.

To enhance productivity and ease of operation, the system features automatic qualification assessment with visual and audible status indicators that notify operators when the balancing process is complete. Its efficient design allows a single operator to oversee and manage two machines simultaneously, helping manufacturers increase output while maintaining high balancing standards.

Key Features and Production Advantages

1. During testing and correction process, the measured workpiece does not need to be transported, reducing the error caused by multiple clamping.

2. Balance test: double plane balance.

3. Data saving, MES uploading function.

4. Minimum attainable unbalance ≤5mg.

5. Special collector for fillings generated during correction process, reducing filling splash. Noise value ≤70dB
