The Single Station Brake Disc and Flywheel Automatic Milling Balancing Machine is a vertical single-plane automatic balancing system designed for precision balancing of disc-type rotating components, including brake discs, flywheels, clutch covers, flanges, and similar automotive parts. Engineered for high accuracy and efficient production, the machine combines dynamic balance measurement with automatic milling correction to deliver consistent and repeatable balancing results for industrial manufacturing applications.
The equipment features a precision-engineered internally expanding spindle that provides accurate workpiece positioning, secure clamping, and excellent repeatability throughout the balancing process. Once the unbalance is detected, the system automatically performs milling correction to achieve the required balance tolerance with minimal operator intervention.
To maintain a clean working environment, the machine is equipped with a high-capacity vacuum extraction system that efficiently collects metal chips generated during the milling process. The intelligent control software automatically records production data, supports report generation, and enables seamless integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) platforms for real-time data transfer, traceability, and production monitoring.
The balancing machine supports both manual and automated production modes. A single operator can efficiently manage two to three machines simultaneously during manual loading and unloading, while integration with robotic handling systems enables fully automated manufacturing lines for increased productivity and reduced labor requirements.

5. Balancing machine software has the function of deleting data records.
6. Self-made precision internal rising spindle, with advantages of accurate positioning and high repeatability
7. Software with storage function. Daily production data can be saved and exported and saved as excel format.
