The machine offers wide application versatility, fast changeover, and is ideal for small-batch as well as multi-variant production environments. It automatically performs the complete balancing process, including initial balance measurement, material removal, and re-testing. Operators can efficiently handle the machine after basic training.
For enhanced safety and reliability, the equipment is equipped with photoelectric safety protection, automatic shutdown, and fault alarm functions. Depending on the rotor type, the machine can be fitted with R-type, V-type, or T-type cutters. It can operate as a standalone automated production unit or be integrated into a fully automatic rotor production line.
